Nintendo and fifty four Japanese software firms sue 5 Japanese companies due to their irregular activities
Earlier on in the day, Nintendo carried out sue action against 5 Japanese firms. Nintendo stated that these companies sold unruly game activators, so that unlawful games could be played on Nintendo’s DS consoles.
Sirius Satellite Radio to grant shares to those interested at twenty percent less than normal price as of Monday gone
Sirius Satellite Radio will be selling shares in their company for twenty percent less than Monday’s share price. This is due to their buying of XM Satellite Radio. “Sirius plans to issue about 262 million shares, with about 184 million offered at a fixed price of $1.50 per share” says Reuter.com, July-2008. The station will be called Sirius XM Radio and will have over eighteen million subscribing members.

France has appealed for texting prices to be reduced
France wants mobile phones retailers to reduce short message sending (SMS) prices. This is as technology in general such as, laptops have got cheaper but, this has not included texting.

The Studiviz site was founded by, Mr E Dariani. He based a lot of the site on Facebook.

The Chief Executive of Google Inc, Eric Schmidt announced that, its associate YouTube which, it has unit channels with, has accomplished a business venture with Lions Gate Entertainment Inc. The Venture involves Lions Gate’s movie previes on the YouTube sites.
Blinkx offers it’s associate sites, a film finding tool
Similar to the Google custom search ‘Widget’, Blinkx Plc has developed a film finding tool, which is web based and web/blog sites can embed to their sites. The more people use this site tool, the more shared earnings will be created from users, with no expense to the user (customer).

Intel devices to be utilised with 3-D films by, Dreamworks

Nintendo implement new WII games and Sony embraces video… Nintendo has created new headings for games, which, include frissbees and rock music.
