France has appealed for texting prices to be reduced 

France wants mobile phones retailers to reduce short message sending (SMS) prices.  This is as technology in general such as, laptops have got cheaper but, this has not included texting.

  The Studiviz site was founded by, Mr E Dariani.  He based a lot of the site on Facebook.   

Qualcomm’s case quashed against Nokia 

The GSM prototype of Qualcomm Inc was seen as false, when Qualcomm was fighting for this right against Nokia.  Hence, the Finnish firm Nokia won the case.   

New York law on age ratings for Video games  According to a new ruling by, New York State Government, age ratings on aggressive video games now needs obvious age ratings labels with, clarity.
