Secure computing could cost the security firm, McAfee, four hundred and sixty-five million dollars:
McAfee is purchasing a niche professional security application ware company that pushes away hackers. The Security Application organisation is to be bought for four hundred and sixty-five million dollars. The company in question that the purchase is to be made from is known as the Secure Computing Corporation. The equipment will be customised to suit the internet, email, and application security company known as, McAfee.

Comcast Corporation is developing a proposal to put forward to the U.S. Authorities on how it will be managing web network circulation in the future:
Maintenance of web gridlock, company is going to put forward a proposal of how it will be monitoring and maintaining web flow, without blocking network application or content.

US Mobile Organisation are content with their earnings from data services, not just Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP):
American cell phone companies are happy with their income from the provision of data services via mobile applications. They are not just making money from phone calls, but also from online means and sms (short message sending).

Video Games Sales up nine per cent this month:
Video game sales are up just nine percent this month. This is the first slow down shown this financial year.

One in five bosses will watch it’s potential and current employees over social network sites:
Organisations are watching their employees and applicants over web 2.0 social network sites. The companies are using social network sites, such as Facebook.com to screen applicants and decide if they are worthy of work, judged on their behaviour.

Amazon.com taking on high profile executive:
Amazon.com will be employing a former senior personnel from Microsoft Corporation. The executive has possibly been taken on to aid Amazon’s push on it’s online advertising and search campaign.

Yahoo is to develop new music site:
Yahoo will be developing a new music site, which will be available to the public. The site will provide knowledge on music information, and also the information shared on popular music sites, like itunes.

RIM to develop applications deal after talk of its new flip mobile phone:
After Research in Motion announced its new development of the flip cell phone, which is a follow on of the blackberry pearl. RIM is now in talks of a series of application deals for it’s consumers. RIM is now not just focusing on it’s business clients, but also its social consumers.

Media organisations are to build a new kind of Web 2.0 site, where web content, social network and Video content sites come together under one umbrella. It could mean a next generation of Web 2.0, possible the next Web 3.0 version of interactive sites. Video and other media and web compatible content will be stored and accessible to persons from anywhere on earth. This will be made possible in terms of accessibility anywhere due to Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) and the mini-laptops.

As Europe, Japan and the USA are DNS holders, it is no surprise that Japan, Netherlands and Sweden are leading the way in Internet Broadband Quality. Being Domain Name holders, and developing fibre optic cable premium technology, they are able to stay ahead in their field.

Matsushita will be developing the earth’s most tiny and light SLR Camera:
Matsushita spoke publicly of its new development of the world’s most tiny Single Lens Reflex Camera, which is digital. The digital picture taker will be designed primarily for women as it is light to carry, which I’m sure is what Matsushita’s survey suggests.

The Personal Computer becomes less favourable against the Mini-Laptop:
With the invention and take off of Wi-Fi or Wireless-Fidelity and its combination with laptops and web books it has become ever more popular with internet junkie and other users. This popularity with web books is most probably due to their light weight and internet on the go capabilities. Web Books and their online use is to be available on local flights and possibly internationally if there is success there after.

Google is about to bring it’s developed web browser to the public domain:
Google will be making its newly developed web browser, which works unseen in the background to the public domain. Look out for its downloadable version on Download.com. The browser will have the same Downloadable ability as Apple’s Safari browser.

Apple will be promoting and introducing its new iPod music player:
Apple will be marketing and introducing its new ipod music player on tuesday. This promotion will be known as a “Let’s Rock” party!

Sony to make it’s new version of it’s PSP accessible to the masses in Japan:
Sony Corp will be marketing and introducing its new PSP in Japan this mid October 2008. The Portable Playstation Player, will be Sony’s new move action against Nintendo’s DS.
